Refund Policy

Summary

We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your Pro plan subscription, no questions asked. After 7 days, you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.

1. 7-day guarantee

If you are not satisfied with ScanThat's Pro plan, you may request a full refund within the first 7 calendar days from the date of your first subscription. This refund applies with no conditions or questions asked.

2. Cancellation after 7 days

After the 7-day guarantee period, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to the Pro plan until the end of your current billing period.
  • No additional charges will be made.
  • Your account will automatically revert to the free plan at the end of the paid period.
  • Your scan history will remain intact.

3. How to request a refund

You have two options to request a refund within the guarantee period:

  • By email: send an email to hola@vellarin.ai with the subject "ScanThat Refund" and include the email associated with your account.
  • Billing portal: access the Lemon Squeezy portal from your profile in the app (Profile → Manage subscription) to manage your subscription directly.

4. Refund processing

Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary:

  • Refund processing: 1-3 business days.
  • Reflected on your statement: 5-10 additional business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period.
  • Accounts suspended or deleted for violation of the Terms and Conditions.
  • Multiple refund requests (applies only once per user).

6. Plan changes

If you wish to switch from the Pro plan to the free plan without requesting a refund, simply cancel your subscription from the billing portal. You will retain Pro access until the end of the paid period, after which the free plan will activate automatically.
